Music for the Health
I believe that exercise is important to our health; my husband would even encourage me to go with him to the gym on weekends. I was doing research on topics on how to stay fit when I came across an article saying that music gives good health as well. Instruments like drums helps you build muscles, instruments that uses air such as selmer saxophone or flute and even harmonicas strengthens our lungs and helps us with our breathing. So you see, there are a lot of things we can do to stay in good health but be also aware of the food we eat.
