Have you ever been sitting at your computer and remembered you forgot to make the appointment to get your car serviced?  And you think, I’d have to go online find the phone number call, wait on hold, and then try and make an appointment that works with the schedule the customer service rep. Is using and my calendar.  How nice would it be to make an online appointment to get your car serviced?  You just log in, see the books, choose your date, and click “schedule now”.  I think an online appointment schedule is a thing of the future, but I wish it was a thing of the present.
