Increase Company Morale with a Employee Service Awards Program
As an employee, feeling appreciated is as important as the amount of money you are compensated with for a job well done. Following a very successful campaign, our employer gave us a wonderful employee service awards program that culminated the entire effort. We received various gifts for our time and effort. The specific gift was based on the number of years we have spent in service to our company. Not only does this boost confidence and morale but it also encourages employee loyalty. Many of the people I currently work with have at least eight years of service invested in this company and plan to spend many more.
