When my mother was opening her pastry shop she found out that she needed to get business insurance. She called around to the local insurance companies and got a few different business insurance quotes. Many of the quotes were very similar in price but there was one that was extremely high. She realized that this insurance company was trying to rip her off. She called and complained and got nowhere with the company. She did not know what to do. She decided to call the Better Business Bureau and report that they were trying to overcharge customers for insurance policies.
