Nurse’s Statutory Declaration

The nurse is a vocation that is not for the faint hearted, nor for those who would like to choose a career known for its financial reward. Whether in developed or in developing countries, nurses are often the most under-paid vital service providers in a society. They are often expected to perform all sorts of extra-ordinary duties such as taking a Statutory Declaration or even being “on duty” when they are out and about in their private capacity. Those that become nurses are often the gentle and compassionate amongst us who carry the burdens of their patients as their own. Interestingly enough, those that stay in nursing for a long time are those that are able to create a shell for themselves which protects them emotionally for the suffering that surrounds them.
