I am writing a business plan to start a new marketing company. This company is only going to provide online marketing solutions for small businesses in my local area. But I’m wondering if I should get my MBA before starting the business. I have an undergraduate degree is marketing, but I’m wondering if my clients will expect me to have more education. Personally, I think the business experience is more important than the formal education, but the business world is very competitive these days and it’s possible that my clients will want to see more credentials before hiring me. If you were hiring an online marketing consultant, would you want them to have an MBA?
