I have a small book store on the north side of town that I’ve been running for over 15 years. We used to have this tab policy at the bookstore that allowed people to purchase books on a credit account.  We had all the necessary paperwork to make sure things were done in a legal binding way.  However, over the years the way that we run things have changed and we have needed to collect on those accounts.  We have even had to get legal hep with Tracing Debtors.  It’s not been the prettiest experience, but at least we have been able to get our money back.
