I believe any hair straightener is good as long as it has ceramic plates. When I first started straightening my hair i always used a blower dryer and an iron, like an iron that comes with a board! My hair was always damaged and dry looking. Now I use a ceramic plated straightener. I also always make sure to coat my hair with hair product to protect my hair. Its good to use a serum or cream. Do not use gel or hair spray!!! Don’t ever try to straighten your hair when it is wet, unless you have a special straightener for that. You want to keep all the shine and not damage your hair.Sometimes its worth it to spend the money and but a good hair straightener. I like Create Images straighteners products, they work well on my thick curly hair.
