Is It Possible To Grow Taller After Puberty?

Yes! Although the growing stage of the body is over, you can perform specific exercises that undo the effects of spinal compression due to gravity and grow taller after puberty. Inversion stretches are best at extending the bones and straightening the spinal column. Here is one such exercise that needs you to strap on gravity inversion boots and hang upside down. Inverted arch: Wear the boots and hang from a horizontal bar by locking your feet on to it. Hold your hands by the hips and arch your torso by bending your upper back backwards. Hold for as long as you can, which would be less than 30 seconds. This exercise is similar to the wall bridge but several times more effective due to the inverted position.
