Only 80mg of resveratrol?

Resveratrol 80mg is not really enough to give you all of the benefits that available from taking this wonderful supplement. I have read many conflicting stories about how much resveratrol we should be taking so it’s easy to see how someone would get this step wrong. The truth is that many people are taking up to 2000mg a day. While you don’t need this much in your system to get the benefits, it could be something that you want to work your way up to. I suggest you start taking about 100mg a day until your system gets used to it. Then you can start moving up to a higher dose if you are happy with the results.
