Rachael Ray Diet plan
Rachael Ray Diet plan is a combination of right diet and daily exercises. You must take care of what you eat and how mush you eat. Try to eat at frequent intervals instead of taking 2 larger meals every day. Eat fiber rich diet. Try to avoid sugar and excess salt in your diet. Avoid smoking and drinking. You must exercises daily for at least 30 minutes. The best time is early in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you can exercise during the prescribed time, try to exercise whenever you get time. you may go for a simple jog or a brisk walk.
