Traumatic events and How They Effect Someone Prone to Panic Attacks

Traumatic events:  Events that are traumatic can make an individual anxious.  If a person experiences a sudden disability, a sudden devastating injury, the loss of one’s home, or even the passing away of a loved one, anxiety can occur and panic attacks can develop.

Even if you have never experienced a panic attack before, if you go through a traumatic event you are perhaps more likely to have one.  If you have experienced panic attacks you severe anxiety before, then you will need to be even more on your guard at times of extreme stress or anxiety when you are your most vulnerable to attacks.
