When my husband and I decided to add a pool to our home,  we found ourselves debating over such things as the size, style, and even whether it should be heated.  We eventually settled most of the issues but I still wanted it heated, for comfort, while my husband said no, for cost.  Then we attended a friend’s pool party in late October.  The next week we ordered our new pool built, complete with a shiny new heat water pump.  All it took was one lap around that balmy pool on a chill fall night for my husband for come over to my way of thinking.  I’m no dummy.
