I can’t believe how many home builders have dropped out of the business in the last year.  It seems like there used to be a home builder office on every corner and now they are all but gone.  Maybe it was inevitable since most of them made junk anyway.

Luckily, some of the good ones are still here and selling homes.  For example, there some murray homes for sale that are really nice and affordable for first time buyers.  They sit in the Fireclay District of Old Murray and they are really nice.  I encourage anybody buying in Salt Lake to go check these out.  They are worth your time.
