Last night I had a chance to meet up with my good friend Shannon. I hadn’t seen Shannon in about 6 months, so it was really nice to see her again. She has been away at school for the past few months, and is now home for a summer break. We met up at our favorite coffee shop and caught up on the past 6 months. Shannon was telling me all about culinary school. She was also telling me that she like to make wine. She has a blackberry wine recipe, that is killer. I can’t wait to try it, I’ve heard that blackberries and wine are a great combination.
