They use this tub to both conserve room (which is at a premium in Japan) but also to soak away the tentions of the day. When I got back to the U. S. To my great surprise, I found about fifty varieties of these corner soaking tubs were available both in local stores as well as over the Internet. I liked my first one so much that I added a second one to our guest bathroom.
