I recently had become pregnant with my second child. My husband and I had lived in a two bedroom apartment for four years now. We wanted to look into homes for sale in New Tampa Florida to have a place to start our family in. We went through the process of the pre-approval and then we were on our house hunting search. After a few houses, we were able to find a beautiful 4 bedroom house. It was perfect for our growing family and had great schools in the area. We move in to our new house this summer just before our new baby is expected to arrive!
