Is getting into law school with a low GPA impossible? Of course, the answer is no. The truth is there is a law school for everyone, even those who are GPA challenged.
You may disappointed to face the reality that getting into a top ranked law school with a low GPA may indeed be very difficult to impossible. But you should look on the bright side and realize that if you have had a hard time maintaining a good GPA, those top law schools would not be a good fit for you.
That does not mean that you are not smart or that you can’t be an excellent lawyer. It just means that you’re the type of person that needs to go to the type of law school that is willing to look beyond a high GPA or LSAT score.
