I received a phone call last week from a friend of mine who is looking at starting up a new business. He wanted my thoughts on his idea of contracting to local wine shops and doing the wine delivery for them. I thought this was a great idea and encouraged him to look into it further. With more and more people purchasing goods online, the demand for reliable transport of their products would only be increasing. He is looking at starting with just one van but is hoping to increase that if all goes well and he can afford a second vehicle and someone to drive it.
