Although I have a degree in Elementary Education, I really do not want to be a teacher. I want to do something meaningful, but to be perfectly honest, although being a teacher would be meaningful, I don’t enjoy working with kids. So I’ve decided to take cna training classes, and then get a job at a senior center. I enjoy working with the older population, there is always a demand for cna’s, and I can work part time. Really, it’s the perfect type of job for me, a mom who has to work, but doesn’t want a career. Plus, I’ll get to wear those neat scrubs!
