Concealed Weapons and Gun Laws

Gun laws in the United States can vary dramatically from state to state, a perfect example of this are the Right to Carry Laws, also known as concealed weapons laws. Currently, there are 40 states that recognize an individuals right to carry a concealed firearm, and, as for the rest of them, Illinois and Wisconsin have absolutely no permit system in place and there is currently no legislation on the table allowing it and the other 8 have very restricted concealed weapons laws. The notion behind concealed weapons gun laws is that by allowing law abiding citizens full access to their Second Amendment rights, they are allowed to protect themselves away from home in the event it is necessary.
