I know that it doesn’t necessarily have to be all that difficult to go through the estate settlement process, but it seems like my uncle’s estate is really complicated, so I am definitely going to have to hire a probate attorney in order to get everything figured out. It is going to take a while to sort out all of the mess that he left behind, and I am definitely not up to going through this all alone. I need the help of someone who has a lot of experience with complicated estates so that I can be sure that everything is done right.
