I found a wonderful cream puff recipe for making this great French dessert. I made it the other day and the puffs came out perfect. My husband and my kids fell in love with it and I guess I’ll have to make them again next weekend.

It was easier than expected. The recipe includes a video that shows every step in great detail. That’s pretty useful because you can see exactly, how long each step takes and what the best consistency of the batter is after each step. I am looking forward to more recipes of this kind. They are all really delicious.
