Still trying to get that butt toned like you want it to?  Well, here’s a great exercise that will benefit you in more than just one way.  It’s called a Lunge, and the reason it is good for more than just your butt is due to the fact that it works out more than just one area.  It also works out your legs in a great way.  And for a buttocks exercises example, these exercises will also help strengthen, over time and if you are very careful, your knees if you suffer from weak knees.  Plus, there are a variety of different lunges you can do as well.
