Develop muscle mass with this bodybuilders guide
This year one of my goals is to develop a little muscle mass. After joining a gym and learning the basic exercises I decided that it was time to get a little more knowledge on the subject so that I could design my own workouts. After speaking with the guys at the gym they recommended that I purchase a bodybuilders guide. The advantage to this is that I could learn which muscles work which areas of the body and also develop some nutritional understanding. One of the guys suggested that diet is 50% of the equation. Since my eating habits are not that great I decided that I had better read up on the subject in order to improve my gains.
